Swimming Pool Rules

Hours:

5:30am - 11:30pm  Sunday-Thursday
5:30am - 12:30am  Friday-Saturday

Note: Premises must be vacated by 1:30 am.

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
WARNING...NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

1.  NO running or pushing of others into the pool.
2.  NO obnoxious activity or horseplay.
3.  NO abusive or vulgar language.
4.  NO pets allowed.
5.  NO eating, drinking or smoking allowed in pool.
6.  NO glass or other breakables in pool area.
7.  NO loud radios in pool area.
8.  WHEN using suntan oil or lotion, cover pool furniture before use to protect against stains and stickiness.
9.  CHILDREN 17 or younger are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision at all times.
10.  GUESTS are Limited to 4 per household and must be accompanied by homeowner, with the exception of PRIVATE RESERVATIONS FOR CLUBHOUSE USE.
11.  HOMEOWNER must be current on ASSOCIATION DUES.

THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

The Homeowners Association is not responsible for the loss of or damage of personal property.
